MEET SARAH

Most movement problems aren’t muscle problems- they’re communication problems.

Sarah Meinert, often called The Movement Muse and known for her work in longevity-focused movement, is the founder of Ozean Pilates + Wellness. She works at the intersection of classical and contemporary Pilates, performance training, and integrative wellness by helping people build bodies that are strong, responsive, and capable for the long term.

With over two decades of experience, and a background in professional dance, anatomy, and movement science. Sarah has a rare ability to translate complex biomechanics into movement that feels intelligent, intuitive, and empowering. Her works supports everything from post-injury recovery and sports performance to posture optimization, nervous system regulation, and sustainable as the body evolves.

Sarah’s approach blends the art and science of movement with a deeper understanding of longevity, As a Board-Certified Holistic Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Aesthetics Practitioner, BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher, and Pre-Post natal and Menopause Coach, she Sarah bridges the connection of movement with skin, gut, and hormonal health, which emphasizes recovery, resilience, and function.
